About
Ms. Neha Deshpande has been enriching students’ lives with her eloquence and command over the English language for over 15 years. An alumnus of Fergusson College, Pune, with an M.A. in English Literature and a CELTA certification from the British Council, she brings a global perspective to language instruction.
Neha specializes in English grammar, creative writing, and spoken English. She believes that language is a powerful tool for self-expression and aims to build her students' confidence through active learning and peer collaboration.
She integrates role-play, theatre, storytelling, and literary analysis into her curriculum. Her students regularly win inter-school debates, elocutions, and essay-writing contests. She has contributed to textbooks for English grammar and vocabulary building and is currently working on a children’s storybook.
Her rapport with students is exceptional, and she is always seen motivating and supporting them beyond the classroom. She also leads the school’s Literary Club and English Theatre Society. Neha is an advocate for inclusive education and supports dyslexic learners with customized modules.
