Dr. Aarti Sharma

Dr. Aarti Sharma is a highly experienced and dedicated educator with over 18 years of teaching experience in Chemistry. Her academic journey began with a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Punjab University, Chandigarh, followed by a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. Her doctoral research focused on eco-friendly chemical synthesis, which won accolades at multiple national and international conferences.

Aarti believes that Chemistry is not just a subject, but a way of understanding the world around us. She has a passion for helping students grasp difficult concepts through real-life applications and hands-on experiments. Her teaching methodology combines traditional classroom practices with innovative techniques such as flipped classrooms and inquiry-based learning.

In addition to teaching, she has served as the head of the Science Club and has organized numerous inter-school science fairs and Olympiad training programs. Under her mentorship, many students have cleared competitive exams such as NTSE, KVPY, and JEE.

She is also involved in teacher training and curriculum development for secondary education boards. Dr. Sharma is admired for her warmth, professionalism, and ability to connect with students of all backgrounds. In her free time, she volunteers at local NGOs to promote STEM education among underprivileged children.
